FC United is a young, diverse and energetic football club with high ambitions for the children. The club is made up of children between the age of six and sixteen. There are over 200 children registered with the club who live in the Lambeth, Lewisham, Croydon, Southwark and Wandsworth boroughs of London.

 

We currently play in the London County Saturday Youth Football League, the London Youth Premier Showcase and the Junior Premier League. We are a non-selective team (we do not hold trials). We fully buy into and promote football for all, regardless of ability, race, religion or social standing.

 

The club reflects south London’s diverse culture. We accept that everyone is different and we love the fact that we have children with varying aspirations in life, not all necessary  aspiring to become professional footballers.

 

We encourage a work-hard attitude in a fun, happy and safe environment. Coaching is overseen by Darren Osborne. The coaches have various levels of football coaching qualifications from level one to UEFA B licence and are all DBS checked.

The club offer in-school coaching and mentoring programmes for boys and girls in primary and secondary schools. We also have expertise in coaching children with special educational needs.
